Yoga is a system of techniques for balancing the body, mind and spirit. Women who have a goal to get pregnant can use yoga techniques to prepare their bodies to conceive. This class features yoga asanas (postures, breathing and relaxation techniques and meditation to nourish the reproductive organs, calm the nervous system and reduce stress. No prior yoga experience is necessary and the class is suitable for those who are just embarking on the magical path toward fertility or for those who are looking for a way to delve further into preparing their body, mind and spirit for fertility.
